How Our Network Works

Who you talk to
You talk to an independent local provider. Not a call center script. Not a stranger who never sees your house. The provider is a separate business in our network. Seasonstalks Restoration makes the introduction, and the provider takes it from there.
What happens on the call
Expect a few plain questions. Keep your answers short and clear.
- Where is the water coming from?
- Is it clean, or could it be dirty?
- How much of the home is wet?
- Is the power safe?
- When did it start?
The provider may then offer to visit, give a rough range, or explain the next step. Timing depends on the provider. Request a callback to check availability.
What to ask a provider
Good questions save trouble. Write the answers down.
- Will you give me a written quote before work starts?
- How will you do water extraction and structural drying?
- How do you measure that things are dry?
- Will you take photos and notes for my records?
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- What caused this, and how do I keep it from happening again?
Dry means measured. If a provider cannot explain how they check moisture, keep looking.
Costs, in plain terms
Prices vary a lot. In the U.S., small jobs can run from a few hundred dollars. Larger floods or basement cleanups can reach several thousand. Size, water type and drying time all matter. Get a written quote.
Get your records ready
Take photos before cleanup. Note dates, rooms and damaged items. Keep your policy handy. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check yours. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
You are in control
You can ask for more than one estimate. You can say no. You can ask questions twice. There is no obligation to hire anyone you talk to.
